There are free games to suit any bridal
shower event. Below find common free bridal shower game
ideas that you could consider.
1.
Guess Who
game
With this game write different names of
famous people on small pieces of paper. Pin these at the
back of each guest. The guest has to guess whose name is
pinned on their back by asking series of questions that
could lead to the identity of the person name sticked on
their back. Questions could include: Am I female? Am I aged?
Do I play sport? And many others
2.
The Bridal Shower Purse
game
Have the guests sit in pairs with their
purses open. Let someone call out the items they may expect
to be in the purses like lip stick, photo, button, shoelace,
cellphone, etc one at a time. Each pair has to look for the
called item from their purses. The first pair to find the
item wins. This can be done repeatedly and the pair with the
overall highest number of points wins.
3.
Draw a bride
game
Give each guest a drawing pad, a pencil
and some crayons. Ask each of them to draw the bride in
their own style and colour accordingly, and sign their name
on the pad. When everyone is finished, let the bride choose
the best bride drawing. The person who drew the best picture
becomes the winner. Giving them a consollation prize makes
it funnier.
4.
The Bridal Pins in Rice
game
Put some rice in a bowl and put some
safety pins in it. Let the guests look for the pins for a
given time frame. The guest who finds the most pins wins the
game. It sounds easy but its interesting to find how much
people will struggle with this.
5.
The
Bridal Bell Game
Let each guest
who comes to the shower wear a small bell on a ribbon
necklace. Mandate them not to mention the bride and the
groom by their names. Everyone who does so looses their bell
to the guest who first picks their mistake. Guests are only
to refer to the bride and groom as “the Bride” and “the
Groom” not by names. Guest with highest number of bells at
the end of the shower wins. You could consider a prize for
them.
